The extension works at Formby Leisure Centre for Formby Leisure Trust are being conducted with Abacus Cost Management as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent and Principal Designer. The Main Contractors are J Greenwood (Builders), and Pozzoni’s the Architects. The schedule includes the provision of a larger gym and dance studio, together with additional car parking. This is to complement the existing facilities which include:
