Ellesmere Street Tops Out

Abacus were pleased to attend the Topping Out ceremony at our Ellesmere Street PRS scheme with Glenbrook Property and GRAHAM Construction this week.

This 232 bed new build comprises a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments constructed in 3nr blocks for the build to rent market. The ceremony took place on the 12^th floor of the third building in the development which is located immediately adjacent to Cornbrook Metrolink station.
