The 6.3 acre site, within walking distance of the city centre, offers 650 beds split across 15 individual buildings to accommodate the city’s growing student population and is the first ever student village from Vita Student. 

The design includes the sensitive refurbishment of the existing convent to provide student accommodation and ancillary facilities and the construction of a 2-storey infirmary wing extension. An additional 14nr three and four-storey blocks with a total developed area of over 200,000sqft has been constructed within extensive landscaped grounds included in the scheme.
