Phase 1 of the Birkenhead development involves the construction of 2 Grade A BREEAM Excellent Office buildings totaling c.190,000ft2 GIFA with high quality public realm space.

Both buildings comprise five storeys (ground plus four upper floors) and have flexible office floor plates, sub-divisible into two or maximum four individual units.
