Bio
Prior to setting up Abacus with Ellis in 2007, Mike gained 12 years' experience at the same national practice as a Quantity Surveyor, the last 4 of which were as an Associate Director. He has worked on a variety of projects including student accommodation, luxury apartments, hotels, education, sports and leisure and industrial.
Key Skills
Acting as an Employer’s Agent on a significant number of projects for student accommodation providers, Mike has delivered in excess of 15,000 study beds.
Building strong working relationships with all clients, consultants and key members of the supply chain. Mike has an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the volume handover product.
