Liberty Prospect Point Liverpool wins top award.

Congratulations to General Manager Dennis Riley and his team at Liberty Prospect Point, Liverpool for picking up Liverpool Student Union’s Rate Your Landlord 2015 ‘Improvement Impact Award’.

The panel were impressed by the large number of changes that Dennis and the team had made to improve the student experience. This is in addition to a full scale refurbishment of the rooms and kitchens carried out in 2015.

Aisling Davis, Vice President Community Engagement, Liverpool Student Union said “The winner of this year’s Impact Improvement Award 2015 demonstrated that sometimes it can be little improvements that can really make a difference to that students experience in their accommodation and I’m delighted to award it to Liberty Prospect Point.”

Abacus were appointed by Liberty Living as Employer’s Agent and Cost Managers on this project delivered in 8 weeks over the Summer shut down. Abacus have successfully refurbished over 2,000 study bedrooms for Liberty Living updated their portfolio.
