Pine Mill reaches Practical Completion.

The Abacus team were pleased to be able to grant Practical Completion recently on the Pine Mill student accommodation development in Lincoln, built by Torsion Construction and operated by Torsion Students.

Abacus is employed as Employer’s Agent and Cost Manager for the Torsion Developments and Harrison Street JV.
