Lawsons Quay is the largest independent student development in Lancaster and when complete will house 620 students.

Split over 2 phases, the development consists of a mixture of high quality finished studios, traditional cluster flats and Townhouses. The development also consist of a Sky lounge, HUB, Wealth fare facilities and communal gardens. This development is the first building to be granted permission to be taller than the Cathedral, which currently holds the title of the tallest building in Lancaster.

Lawsons Quay will be ready for students in July 2019.
