Abacus was employed as Quantity Surveyor for the Stanley Street multi-storey car park which is located in the New Bailey development, Salford, Greater Manchester. The car park has 637nr spaces and operated by NCP.

Our Client, English Cities Fund (ECF) is a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal and General, and Homes England.

The car park itself uses energy efficient LED lighting and is fitted with six electric vehicle charging points. There are also 20nr wide bays to make sure it meets the diverse needs of custom.
