Abacus has been undertaking feasibility studies on the masterplan of this mixed use redevelopment of Bolton City Centre.

The scheme currently comprises c. 270,000sqft of Grade A Commercial Space, c. 250 Residential Dwellings, 126 bed 3* Hotel, Cinema, Retail and Public Realm Works together with associated infrastructure works.
